We – that is around 2000 expert employees, in 19 locations of the SPITZKE Group in Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Norway, the Netherlands and Turkey. Since 2015, the Group has directed and optimised the training and continued professional and vocational development of its employees with the company’s own SPITZKE AKADEMIE, thereby promoting both their professional and personal continued development. Together we create the future of mobility infrastructure together, whether for long-distance and regional trains, city and underground trains, trams or industrial railways, from planning to implementation, from construction through repair to maintenance. Exciting challenges and the most diverse tasks are always part of our work. This is reflected in our 130 job profiles and 13 training occupations, all united under one strong roof.

With our six areas of expertise – track, technology, equipment/​electrical engineering, structural engineering, logistics and production – SPITZKE covers the complete range of services for railway infrastructure. At the same time we are continuously and systematically developing our fields of business further. This complex portfolio, the intensive interconnection of our competences and locations, not to mention substantial investments in our technology, makes us an efficient and future-oriented employer in the sector.
